Fast, simple, juicy…

- (1 cup=240 ml)
- 2,5 cup flour type 550 (ca 400 g)
- a sprinkle of salt
- 1,5 cup sugar (ca 200 g)
- 1 baking powder
- 1 even teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter (ca 50 g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl milk – 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 vanilla flavored sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa

![]() | Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar in the milk and let it rest while you prepare the other ingredients. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Heat up the water, oil, and butter over moderate heat until it boils and gradually add this and mix into the dry mixture. Add eggs and milk and mix it with the hand mixer. |

![]() | Divide the mixture into two parts - add 1 vanilla flavored sugar into 2/3 of the mixture and in 1/3 add the cocoa. |

![]() | Take the Bundt cake mold (ca 28 cm in diameter) and coat it with butter and cover it with flour. Pour in the mixture as follows: Pour 2 tablespoons of white and 1 tablespoon of dark mixture on three separate spots in the mold. Then repeat, but this time use 2 tablespoons of dark and 1 tablespoons of white. Repeat the procedure until you don't have any more mixture left. |
